Associate

Features

• The right to attend and vote in the General Assembly
• Receiving essential information about the Association’s activities on a regular basis
• Access to the minutes and financial documents at the Association’s headquarters
• Calling the General Assembly to convene for an extraordinary meeting in conjunction with 25% of the members entitled to attend the General Assembly
• The right to delegate another member in writing to represent them at the General Assembly meeting, in accordance with the provisions of Article (Twenty-One) of the Executive Regulations of the Law on Associations and Charitable Foundations

Requirements

• to be Saudi nationality
• Payment of an annual membership fee of 220 SAR
• Cooperation with the Association and its members to achieve its objectives
• Refraining from any act that may cause harm to the Association
• Commitment to the decisions of the General Assembly
• Approval from SSFM board

Affiliate

Features

• Participation in the association’s activities
• Receiving the basic information about the association’s activities periodically for each financial year
• Reviewing the association’s documents and records
• An affiliate member may correspond with the association through any available means, and the Board of Directors or its authorized representative must provide a reply through the same means or via the member’s address recorded in the membership register

• Cooperation with the Association and its members to achieve its objectives
• Refraining from any act that may cause harm to the Association
• Commitment to the decisions of the General Assembly
